You just need to subscribe and launch terraria, then click "Workshop" and then "Use texture packs"

Upside: Very silly and practical. Downside: pixels that look bad.
Conclusion: good if you're having trouble finding the things this helps you find, and good if you enjoyseeing giant pixels of one color pop up. Otherwise, probably not worth using.
