so glad this mod is back!!!!
i will warn anyone who wants to play with it though: it crashes a LOT and does NOT play nicely with most other mods. still an absolute blast to play on its own!

This mod was fine for a while.
Then I got a Golden Surprise Ovum.
Those are usually fun, so I got excited.
Then it stripped me of ALL my hearts, ALL of Jacob's items, and spawned a ton of Esaus so my game lagged.
Yeahhhhh, uninstalling this now. 45 minutes into a Jacob & Esau run to fight Mother and I get buttfucked.

Does this mod adds, those cursed super secret shop stuff. Sometimes i get stuck in those, and the only way to escape is to use Inv-edit and use some teleporter to another floor or glitch room.

Ipecac+Little horn is a massive problem with Tainted Rebekah. If you get these two items, it's an instant run ender because of how they synergize. Can this be altered in some way?

Smas- i mean, this mod is so GOOD!

I expected like one char with some unlocks, but is 8+ chars in one! And the fact that is compatible with other mods like Fiend Folio and Arachna makes it even better!

Congrats to all the team, gotta unlock all.
