To those of you who may be wary of flagged mods, just don't activate them. Viruses usually can't affect your PC unless you let them in willingly, so if the mod in question is actually a virus, it should remain harmless if you just never enable it. I have 50 installed right now, and 4 are flagged, and you know what I do? I just let them lay dormant in my workshop list.
