Your mod should be implemented in the base game.

Its not the most complex or ambitious but its a fantastic idea that helps so incredible much.

There isn't a way for me to do that as all this mod does is directly replace the image files

should add a way to like disable it seeing with the normal map and maybe keeping it only for supply, or just make a new button for seeing it colored in the normal map.

From testing, the mod should be compatible with The Road to 56 as the Railways have their colours changed. Perhaps you have another mod active that is incompatible with this mod?

Unfortunately I cannot grant you this wish. Either due to lack of experience or because the modding tools are too limited for that.
