I think it fits enough within the game although the bulkiness does make it look like something that either has been given exaggerated proportions or has been created off of some kind of unique clothing design. I guess it is treading the line between wacky and too abstract, so I definitely get why some people dislike it, but I personally think it fits enough to warrant being upvoted when you compare this to other things that are likely to be added.

idk why people are tweaking, this doesn't actually change his silhouette that much; particularly not in a way that confuses him for any other class. The changes only emphasize shapes that were already unique to demoman

This is just ludicrously bulky to try and cover his existing vest. Look at the Snow Sleeves or Sub Zero Suit for a more reasonable way of giving demo a winter coat.

Agreed with Endi, the sleeves should probably be puffy as well to not make the body look so bulky and off.

Agree, not matter how good they try to make an explosive proof vest and replace it with a normal just look baaaaad.

Oh now that is sexy, the one thing i would suggest you do big man is maybe change the colour of the jacket or make it so the coat also goes down to the length of the wrists, as it looks a bit bulky and off. Otherwise, well done!
