I really don't find to to be too busy or noisy. Coloring looks good and the details are detailed but they're really not distracting. Glad to see you left comments enabled as well

Its too busy. Not only that, the secondary and primary textures are too similar. Its a good concept, but it needs a lot more refinement

way too detailed, like looking at this while squinting it just looks like "white warpaint"
