@TheItzal: Easiest way, use Unrestricted Customization Redux and you'll be able to use (fe)male voices without restrictions.
If you can't use that, you'd need to edit XComContent.ini and change first
Gender=eGender_Female
(or Male, depending on voice) to
Gender=eGender_None, CharacterTemplate="SparkSoldier"
and it will show on SPARKs instead of standard soldiers. If you'd need to keep them as soldiers too, you'd need to copy whole line and then edit it.
