Use it like your average Steam Tank unit or something like that.
I also think that despite being two arty pieces they end up playing two different roles on the battlefield, so in my opinion there isn't much to compare here aside from projectiles strength and utility.
I guess that you could say that this is "better" than a normal Dreadquake, but still not as "good" as an angry daemon train full of Dreadquakes.
Make of that what you will.
I still don't know if this change to the Steam Tank Turret's hatch door position is either a bug or an intended and permanent change that CA "forgot" to communicate.
As such I have decided to "fix" the issue by forcing the hatch to stay half opened and vertical as it should be.
Either CA broke something with the hotfix or I messed something with the latest update.
Will fix.
Either you have a corrupted or outdated version of this mod (unsubbing and resubbing might fix that) or another mod is generating a conflict there, can tell which.

Didn't the big [Broken since 5.0, wait for fix] in the mod's title already clear the fact that this mod still need the 5.0 update?
Assuming that your bug report is genuine and there isn't any other chorf related mod messing with your game I'll have to investigate to understand what is causing that and hopefully find a solution.
If there is a demand for it I'll consider adding this unit to Be'lakor in the next update of this mod.
The latest update expanded the recruitment of this unit and it's now available to Khorne, Valkia, Daemons of Chaos and Chaos Dwarfs.
I just double checked Daniel and the unit appears in his ROR pool and it's unlockable at level 25 as it should.
Try a new game with Daniel (ROR pools generate themselves at the very beginning of the game so it may not work if you are trying to load a previous save file) and check again the ROR pool.
If it's still not there then either Steam pranked you and didn't download the update properly (unsubbing and resubbing should fix that) or you have another mod that is causing problems with Daniel's ROR pool.
Gotta say that I really like the style of that Mini!
It would be really cool if I did manage to make something even remotely similar within the limits of the Steam tank's vanilla animation, we'll see!
Regarding this mod though: I'm not entirely sure about how the hell-forge upgrades work so I'll need to investigate and see if there are specific in-game tables and/or scripts involved first.

@jjjjjj It is also available for Woc but only with Valkia and it is campaign only while you can use it with Khorne in both custom battles and campaign.
@IVARTHEBONELESS Oh yeah I'll most likely do more Khorny stuff in the future, not sure if I'm going to do more stuff with TW Millennium models though, I kinda planned this to be a one thing only.
Agreed that a chaos version of TW Millennium would be pretty sick though.
@TheRealJD22 Considering that I barely managed to release this thing at all I'm not sure that I'm ready to dive into a Nurgle version in the near future, plus I'm not entirely sure that I would be able to make a "good looking" (whatever that means when we are talking about Papa Nurgle lol) Nurgle Tank but I could sure try and see how that goes, probably not now and definitely not in time for Thrones of decay though.
