He just means that on the real arctic land cruiser used smooth tires (Engineers oversight).

@PROFILE NAME, it will be needing a good crane to load it in a normal way
winch will not help at all.
We were thinking about it during development, and we considered that the crane would take up too much space and would look too big compared to the cruiser, so we will not add it, sorry
If you take a normal crane you will load it very fast and easily.
