@MarauderTadpole Still works for 1.13 'Roads to Power'; pressing F11 while in the pause menu doesn't itself open the debug console, this action only enables/disables debug mode (typically enabled/disabled through editing CK3's startup parameters).

To actually open the console itself, you'll still need to press the tilde key (~).

Doesn't work anymore, esc + F11 just makes a click sound without the console showing up
