Okay, I've tested this a fair bit on Rook at least and I can say it's in need of nerfing.
Maybe give the player two exhausted type status cards on both decks from the start to represent the strain of the long journey for rook and sal, and for smith because he's always recovering from a bender.

Can you make a setting to also make the other basic cards go away? I'm talking about the ones like rooks ammo bag and sals daggers.
