I got the model by decompiled the mdl file from Despair's mod. I gave up asking Despair for source resources, because he hasn't updated the mod for years.

I have uploaded no apron version before. But it was taken down by Steam Admin because i forgot to add nsfw tag maybe (r15 is also nfsw).
