Maybe you can try the origin mod. It also replaces Ellis.
I haven't met the same issue. So idk what caused the crash.

Disabled every other mod I have; this one causes crashes for me.

I have checked my recompiling mod and the Despair's origin mod. The eye tracking in both mods works. But because of the large irises, the eye tracking in the origin model is not obvious. The swapping model also meets the same situation. I have tried to adjust the parameters, the effect should be seen a little bit. I will update the packs later.
