Like with Vault of Glass's Hezen, the Semiotician rocket launcher fires rockets that have no velocity.

the stuck rocket bug doesnt only happen on the rocket launcher of this pack. it also happens with hezen vengeance and im assuming it also happens with other rocket launchers. havent tried them yet though

There's a bug that seniotician's rocket gets stuck in air for 3 seconds and explodes after
