Yep, the game was never designed with completely indestructible pixels in mind as far as I can tell. When I originally made the mod that was the first path I was going to take until I found out that it wasn't really possible without modifying a ton of assets and how they interact with materials.

Not without extensive modification of the game and existing spell effects which would make it incompatible with a large number of mods.

Sure, it's done and uploaded, I did not test it but there is no reason it shouldn't work as it's changing a single line to disable the glow effect (Technically it's still there, but at a value of zero).

Would it be possible to get a setting / a different version of this that makes gold more durable without making it glow?

Probably not? I am not terribly familiar with how Noita handles the additive visual effects that go on top of materials. I assume you mean removing it's ability to have blood, slime, toxic, and on "splatter" on top and leave a residue. What I call staining.

can you do a visual mod that makes hazardous grounds static? (curse rock not freezable for example)
