minimal, fits well with similar engie items, smart use of existing geometry, and would fit in with almost any smissmas set :) I love it

I might have deja vu, but I swear that I remember similar looking item that I've seen on the Workshop a long time ago, but it was using only static lights like the Industrial Festivizer.
Is it possible to make it as additonal style?
