Same as Kiss I can't access the mod options. The drop down menus are blank. Too bad, it's a much needed mod imo

Bugged when open this mod's setting menu and keep getting this, may not compatible with WhileYoureUp mod or VEF mod.

I'm currently playing on sea ice and the caravan just left because of dangerous weather despite all of them wearing appropriate clothes for the weather. I would love for you to fix this issue, if possible.

Hi! Great idea and mod. As a frozen rimworld enjoyer I see that game is not really made to be played in permanent arctic temperatures. Can this behaviour you provided to visitors can be extended to pawns in raider camps and bases so they won't spawn empty or half-dead in -90?

im sorry, but this seems broken right now. someone already made a discussion about it, but tribals will spawn in the 100s and pretty much tank the game entirely when this is enabled. a shame, since this is a pretty good mod

Not sure why but I can't select the option in the mod options to make raiders use the dress logic. I downloaded this mod because they'd always die of hypothermia before reaching my base. :(

Is there a way i can manually change the value to enabled in the mod option? I'm guessing that some sort of mod is interfering with me being able to click on it.

Great mod. I failed to read all of the description and had to do a double take when a caravan showed up with full gas masks during a toxic fallout. Amazing!

Really love this mod when playing in an cold area.
But would it be possible to make it work with Hospitality? So guests also Dress for the Weather :)

Using this with Vanilla Psycasts Expanded seems to break this mod's settings menu spectacularly.

Only mods active for this test were Harmony, Hugslib,VEF, VPE as mentioned above and of course this mod. I have all the expansions as well.

I've been using this a bit but forgot to thank you earlier for this. It was always annoying having a trade caravan run off because some 78 year old grandmother with cataracts, frailty, and a back bad forgot to wear a parka to a Boreal Forest mid winter and then got chilly.

You might need to unsubscribe and resubscribe to force it to update. That often happens with Steam mods when you try to get them immediately after they're updated.

hopely you fix the incomp issue with har appeal restrictions. having them spawn wearing clothing they not allowed to constantly has got to point i had to disable the mod for now.

Actually, I get the opposite... NPCs dressed like they're going to see Santa even though I live in a biome with permanent summer.

Yeah, you just have terrible luck, i have 200+ mods with that one included and everything works!
Maybe check if your mods are properly sorted, sometimes it requires manual sorting :3

@Ragnar can you go into dev mode and spawn in a caravan manually? If that works, it should be fine. If it doesn't work, send me the Dev console log.

Hi, I'm not sure if this mod is causing the trouble (and if actually exists), but after installing it mid-game I noticed there are no visitors at all on my map. Maybe it's terrible lack, but it seems the caravans and visitors stopped, uhm, visiting. I can send the mod list where appropriate if needed.

This mod is cool and I hate Tynan. HEY!, hypothetically speaking if I were to create a custom faction with modded apparel and custom raider pawndefkinds could I somehow rig (tell) your mod to select only specific apparel for SPECIFICALLY my custom faction? Is that possible? Hypothetically speaking of course.

Ahh...well then sorry to impose but let's just say that one part of VTE, namely the one where you offer a contract and a "Caravan" comes to the map to grab the items you're selling, I noticed they didn't wear 'appropriate' gear.I observed normal caravans and raids and they seem to be alright, but only those type of caravans seem left out. For reference I allowed all on apparels to be replaced and apparels to be used. If a hugslib will help, I could give that one too. Thanks for the lovely mod nonetheless.

@Cahruen I haven't tested it, but as long as they use the same method to spawn onto the map, it should work. If it doesn't, let me know and I'm happy to write a patch.

@kamikadza13 that's an issue with Stuffcount . I am assuming it tries to count how many items of a particular material are on the current map, but in mod settings, there is no map, hence the NullReferenceException. Try to reach out to the author of that mod, they can fix the issue by writing a simple null check in their patch.

Could we have separate filters for humans and alien races, or take account of races and tags when assigning apparel? So that human visitors wouldn't wear Ratkin apparel for the temperature (to avoid errors), while Ratkins could have their weather-appropriate apparel.

@Sworsmouse you don't need to disable them. It's already configured to replace those things if necessary. And if you play on a desert map, you actually want them to spawn with cowboy hats

Yes, cowboy hats and shadecones do *technically *protect against the cold... by about 1C, in the same way a T-shirt technically protects against the cold. When the overall temperature tolerance of the NPC is insufficient to protect against hypothermia and immediate fleeing of the map, would there technically be a way to prioritize tuques etc instead?

Disabling those ATM so the NPCs are forced to choose something else, but just figured I'd mention. Have a good one.
