After hunting around for a minute I found the gun that made me thing of this. I wouldn't say to use this one specifically since I'm sure there are lots of silenced pistols that give you the option of locking the breach block like this, but this is what I was talking about. I also feel like the entirety of the forgotten weapons channel is a great source of weapon mod ideas.

BTW, you can use a weapon script to make it less awkward,

I don't remember what it's called, but I know there's a few old silenced pistols out there that have the option to lock the slide to reduce noise, making it so you'd have to manually cycle it after every shot. I feel like that'd be a better AWP replacing pistol than any normal pistol like this where it's fire, wait an awkward second where you'd normally be pulling the bolt on the AWP, then fire again.
