Firework launcher was removed or hidden due to issues with weapon core that removed all weapons from the game

question regarding fireworks the ammo for the firework launcher says
Mod [SPE] [Core] but I cant seem to find the firework launcher is it under a different name by chance?

I really like how this mod adds more deepness to production/mining and pve

SPE mod no longer works with MES although it is still compatible and does not generate any type of configuration file

Where is the config file? It wasnt in the save/storage, or the in game mod settings menu. im running MES and nothing is spawning
