i lost my broken moms knife + crown of light + haemolachria run because i wouldnt stop taking fucking damage from shard of ass and it didnt drop a red heart once

Erm ackshually it drops red hearts as u take damage, allowing for pickup spawns to be rerolled, duped, and repurposed. :steamhappy:
