I suggest the people with this issue to get the map mod manager mod. This mod might seem to be SP only at first but after you go through the map mod manager menu by toggling on all the map mods you want including the bridge mod alongside said mods' dependincies, you can just export those settings into a folder from which you can add them to your server's ini file :3 nice mod btw
here I explain more about my case

Objects.lua is emitting thousands of errors on startup
Fort Waterfront
I haven't made any changes to this mod for months so it might be something else conflicting.
Does it also happen when on the North side of the bridge? (the part that is on the side of Leavenburg).
You could physically connect the bridge yourself by building it.
There should be a gravel road just east of the Riverside police station that heads North.
Follow it directly North to the river and start building straight from there. I believe it would take about 60-80 squares to connect to the bridge.
Answer from steam support essentially came down to 'you have to wait'. So I will reserve mod updates/fixes for when there's big enough changes.
And when attempting to update the mod I get the error "failed to update workshop item, result=15"
Trying to figure out how to resolve this.
Hopefully not too long.

I'm sure by now you have figured out the proper load order, but when loading maps, you need to load them like a stack of cards, in that the highest card covers the lower card, or a portion of it. So if this mod alters even a single cell of another map, then this mod needs to be loaded first, aka, above any maps with cells it overwrites.
So in your map load order, you would have the lowest in the list be the vanilla map, "Muldraugh, KY" then "Leavenburgh", followed by "LeavenburgRiversideBridge".
However, seeing as this is a single cell, and it doesn't seem to use any cells in taken up
by Leavenburgh, then load order for it shouldn't mater in this case. But it's always a good rule of thumb to keep load order in mind. If a single cell map only overwrites a vanilla map cell, you should still remember to try and kep your map load order in a nice coherent order.
And never load anything under Muldraugh,KY.
