Using a team colour similar to the "Balaclavas are Forever" or "An Air of Debonair" paints (spy's mask/suit) would fit the dark aesthetic of the paint more, I feel. Otherwise, nice detailing,

Really good, just one complaint:

The team colored highlights are too saturated. Lower that down a decent amount, and it would be a really good commando or assassin grade.

Blue is fine, but the red is too saturated. (atleast on weapon models)

If you desaturated the team colors a tinnnny bit (sort of like how the end of the Flamethrower looks) the skin would be stellar.
Even now it looks great.
