The option to give command is not appearing as an option, it was working in 1.9.5 and sudently is any longer

oh i understand, if i ask the devs on the official discord they can talk if its possible to mod this rule?, i was thinking that was more simple, like checking to false this requiriment

im aware of this issue, but im afraid that is probably not something a mod can bypass easily.

hey nice mod!!, can you make a mod that allows you to create conscripts without having to have a regular battalion in the army? there as rule of having 1 regular battalion to mobilize the army and you can't create conscripts without mobilizing
