I think it would be quite nice without the falling presents, and maybe with the animations being slower and slightly less frequent? There's potential here, just need to make it less noisy c:

isn't this just a reskin of the Halloween potion effect that we got this year? or at least very similar?

It's well made and all, but a bit too festive to the point where it won't really fit with many taunts or mark high on the market. I much prefer your other taunt effects though.
