how is this a "LOL RANODOM" hat? demoman is scottish, the cosmetics are based on the scots guards uniforms. that is literally not random, it's a deliberate and logical choice for a cosmetic set for the scottish character.

My man the detail in this entire set is on par with so many other cosmetics in the game, what do you meeeaaaan. And if Demo wearing a pair of pants that aren't red totally throws you off while he's still got a red shirt, then maybe you need to play more than 5 hours of this game you act like such an artstyle purist for.

he doesnt know about the scots guard

it is a little bit over-detailed and noisy, removing the badge, reducing the buttons or the handcuff could help this. also making his pants the color of his team (or a reddish/blue-like color) is on will help with team recognition, as a large part of his color is on his pants.

the hat is fine just doesn't relate to Demo or Soldier as a character.
