Pretty sure it is not compatible with the overhaul mods as they will have their own battle_entities_tables, but I am not interested in testing their compatibility.
Still works on my end. Please make sure this mod is turned on in your launcher.
I don't have all the DLCs to try out all units, but this should still work for all the vanilla Ogre units listed.
You need to make a submod of your own.
Find the land_units_tables keys of the modded unit from the Ironskin Tribe mod, add an entry to the land_units_to_unit_abilities_junctions_tables with ability "wh_mod_unit_passive_not_wallbreaker" linked to the land_units_tables key, and also make the necessary change to the modded unit's battle_entities_tables entry (Check the can climb stairs and pipes box).

Likely yes, they do not overlap.
Works fine for me. You may have incompatible mods.
Checking the "Can Climb Ladder And Stair Pipes" box in battle_entities_tables allow units on walls and wall climbing.
You do not want to uncheck this for all units as it will prevent them from being deployed on walls at all.
Works fine for me, is the mod enabled for you in the launcher? Otherwise, there may be a mod conflict with another mod that you have in your list. You will know it is a mod conflict if Ogre units gains the "Not Wallbreaker" ability in battle but do not gain the ability to climb walls.
Sacred Kroxigors and Mutant Rat Ogres have power fists or grafted weapons that can't grasp ladders. :P
Tick the "Can Climb Ladder And Stair Pipes" box in the battle_entities_tables file for the affected units in the Dismemberment Overhaul and place the overhaul mod above this one in the load order should be all you need to do.
How hard would it be for compatibility?
Short answer: yes the AI will send monstrous infantries on walls.
Long answer: from my limited testing in custom battle, the AI sends their units in a straight line towards your wall from their initial deployment, so any units that line up to the walls will climb if they are able to, anything else will bash the gates down.
Monstrous infantries that can climb are treated the same way as infantries in that they will man siege towers if they are available. Since monstrous infantries tend to be faster than siege towers however, they will start climbing the walls with ladders immediately instead of waiting for the towers - this is a mixed blessing for the AI as ladder climbers will be exhausted when they get into combat and have nerfed stats.
The AI can man the walls with monstrous infantries that can climb in defence.
