ITN does not provide a way to change the color of your NVGs (green, white phosphor, anything else).
ITN does provide a way to color-match the graphic device interface (the image of the rail device) to whatever color NVG you are running. This was added because, for immurshuns, I made the interface dim and get dark in low light situations, and to change color so that it looks more like you are actually looking at the device inside the game world, rather than as a menu system
