Found a bug: Every french character defined in the country_fra.txt, including generals and interest group leaders have the Royal trait. Quite pretentious of them.

@Archduke_Von_Habsburg try putting all 3 mods (in the appropriate order) at the very bottom of the modlist

There still seems to be a problem like emperor Ferdinand has a royal trait and franz Joseph too but other monarchs don’t
