hi CrazyFarSide, you can subscribe to all 6 core collections + Empire + Dwarf as of today :steamthumbsup:
all collections are separate for management purpose and its easy to "import collection into preset" with Prop Joes Mod Manager wh3mm. i only play using one faction collection (i only enable the 6 core collections + 1 faction collection at a time empire or dwarf or any currently updated one as i update them sometimes.. ) :WH3_clasp:

Hi there, no worries, no stupid questions on the path to knowledge 🙌
Project: Skills - Lords & Heroes - this contains all of my skills mods + a lot of other mods that purely touch and enhance the skill/trait/other aspects of Lords and Heores, but for all factions and not specific race. All of the mods from this collection are used in the modpacks for adequate faction/race, but they also cover factions i didn't make modpacks for yet :) Most of them are also my core mods already, but surely can use them all together and mix and match up to preference.

Project: Performance Boost - this is an extra collection for people that need more fps, can use unrelated to any of my collections and is my project for community. Need to verify mods on your own for those as i don't use those mods much.

Hello there this might be a stupid question but i dont think i understand the "Additional collections" are those collection a standalone from the main one? like i can only use Skill collection or i can just use them with for example Core Collection?

It is not necessary to run all mods for every faction, yet i also am on track to do same as you - buffing all factions with content at the same time and creating big modpacks for all to fit within the 160 mod limit. But that will need some coding education first on my side and i don't think sharing those is something i want to do. The amount of mods makes it very personal with the mods choice for everyone. Maybe it will be a thing someday in the community to share modpacks, but i don't feel it's really fair with mod creators since you'd be posting literally their content. Some mod creators actually do create modpacks of their mods to save the mod limit, like extra units packs, regiments or skills for more than one faction. Might actually create a collection like this someday soon.

There is a limit of mods you can run at once that caps at around 160.
There is a way to merge mods using PJ's MM or RPFM, probably Kaedrin too but i havent used it yet. Basically you compact the mods into one big mod, however i've not done it myself much and cannot advice a lot. The mods you want to avoid merging are the ones touching campaign/game mechanics, big overhauls and defo i'd stay away from the core mods. If a mod has an assets mod, i'd also leave them as they are. All this is also just my thoughts and i might be completely wrong, but this way you will probably avoid overlapping db values and wont have to fix the code manually. Running all mods separately also leaves this issue to the MM order where the mods are already arranged the way where if there is a overlap - you probably wont even notice as the game will just choose the ordered one.

I added the core mods from the link in the comments and after that the collections for Skaven, Empire and Dwarfs nothing else via mod manager but the game crashes while starting :(

So all of the core mods collections (not extra factions) are updated as of today 09.12.2023 and they are all the same mods in the collenction i linked in the comments below.
The faction specific mods are not modpacks and some of the mods might be incompatible or exclude each other, do the same thing etc and if that is the case - i write this stuff in description of collections.
If you want to run the modpacks i made, so far for Skaven, Empire, Dwarfs and Vampires - i highly recommend using only them (only enable the mods from modpack collention) as i checked the compatibility. Also it is very important to read the Modpacks descriptions as i explain there a lot.

Generally speaking a lot of mods are compatible with each other but load them one by one and launch the game to try it out. Most popular mods have submods on the workshop to fix compatibilities, so just search for "mod_name submod" or "mod_name fix". :steamthumbsup:

I want to start a new game. Maybe I understood you wrong. The list you linked in the comments is the Core section right? So can I add the mods from youre othe collections just by adding them or shoul I use only these because the other one needs update? Sry for these beginner questions ^^

You're very welcome. Is it save compatible is a bit complicated to answer in a few words. Short answer - definitely not. Longer answer - first thing have you got any other mods already installed on your saved game that you want to mod more? If you had Mixer there is a big chance you can use a lot of the mods i put in the list except some big ones like Dynamic Settlements, all Caravans and Convoys, victory conditions, Nemesis Crown not gonna work for sure. If you dont have the Mixer mod already there is too many mods that require it to work. I would recommend adding mods one by one if you really want to mod the saved game, but my modpacks (100+ mods) are very heavily modded with extra campaign mechanics and starting a new campaign is almost necessary. Unless you had some other popular core mods on. Hope this helps :WH3_clasp:

Important addition - this mods list is created for Immortal Empires Expanded, as intended to enrich the current vanilla experience. Not tested for RoC or TOW.

Having some issues with Mod Manager, but here's a Steam collection of 78 core mods that i am currently using, launched Empire campaign and works all good. Made changes to all core collections to contain only the same mods as the ones in the link below. Please run all of them first, don't change the order and all should work. Let me know if you're getting any crashes now, and remember about the wait when you launch the campaign with the Dynamic settlements mod in order for it to kick in and do all the necessary changes. It usually takes 1-2 minutes for me.

I will share a full core mod list code in a second, try to import them first (it will be 80+ mods) and then add any new mods you like and look if the game will crash.

Ive downloaded all tzhe mods except your Fractions collection, but my Game ceeps crashing at start up. Im using the Mod Manager to but im not an expert. Any advise ?

HI Raid, sorry to hear that you've experienced some bad times, I feel you, been there many times, especially trying to figure out which mods are working together or not for the 100+ mods modpacks listed in the description. There are import codes for those - updated with any change done to the list of mods, so you can be most likely sure that if you only run those - it should work as intended.
I'm sure that I haven't included any of the mods below in those modpacks, however i am aware about the 4 Bretonnian Landmarks being not updated yet, and the info about that is in the "Landmarks & Buildings" collection I made. Sorry if you missed that, might highlight the info better.
Ik that the SCM Marienburg had an update 5 days ago, might have to poke the submod creator for an update, but i was not aware of it not working, along the Caravans. Have you tried to run it with the Extra Faction mod adding Southern Realms?

i worked through most of the core mods.
The following mods make issues:
4 Bretonnian Landmarks for the Empire
Caragvans of the old world - southern realms addon (might need other factions mods enabled)
old world rites and SCM's Marienburg Compatibilty Submod
