Courtesy of scibd and its monetisation system it is no longer possible to read the rules without paying, or at the least signing up for a trial then hoping you can end it quickly enough, may w please have the rules posted elsewhere so we may continue playing the game

holy shit thank you, i was dreading the idea of spending $40 on RISK just because i wanted to see all the cute little MGS-themed PMC models, only to remember it's RISK all over again
