I'm honestly not sure, I stopped using the No Idle Power consumption mod due to it behaving inconsistently for me, particularly that it does not work properly when you have multiple power grids which are not connected to each other, which I do frequently in my games.

Try it and let me know. :)

Does No Idle Power Consumption work with this?
