Yup. That is a circle below the mercs. It's just kinda there.
Better than some tacky garbage, and there's potential, but it just feels sorta... Eh.

yeah this is just the lava lamp effect but with smaller bubbles

I will once again say that I will not blame anybody for not knowing what taunt effects we have but some research before committing to something I believe could be warranted. Similar effects were added in the summer 2023 update called beaming beacon and blooming beacon. That being said this effect in a vacuum is pretty.
