Please split this "Vidin" province into 2 - the Serbian part (Timocka Krajina/Negotin) and the Bulgarian part (Vidin) :)

So why don't you use a new-built yml file to put your localisation in it? Otherwise translation mod will be covered due to the same name localisation file.

And have updated the mod to give Greek names for provinces and city's to most of the Balkans, as well as some German and Albanian names.
