This mod is better for limiting the number of resurrections
I was asking 'cause I do like you mod a lot and tried it on Hardcore to really see it's potential <3
I do like the altar mechanic a lot tho haha. You should at least enable it as an extra option.
Btw, I tested it along with the Revive Mod and Death counts remains the same after being revived. I know you only tested it with the Calamity Mod but I think it's good thing to point it out too if you are willing to improved it :3
Was hoping someone/the dev could help with this to determine if it's a config issue or a bug.
Reading through the settings and the description, it seems like this mod was built to do exactly that, however when I ran a few test characters/worlds I couldn't get the functionality I wanted. (1/2)
The mod was already great, just in calamity mod the eater of worlds would not be classified as a boss, so I just made all my worlds crimson, my favorite evil biome anyways. Apparently 8 hours after commenting, an update was made and fixed that very same issue, ALONG WITH a comment that told me directly that the issue was fixed, and his appreciation for alerting them to the issue. Please give this creator as much credit as you can, the work and dedication is admirable and has inspired me to do better in both life, my family, my future, my health, and my country.
HOWEVER, there is a major bug. In the calamity mod, this respawn mod works properly with every boss EXCEPT the eater of worlds. which means that in the eater of worlds fight I will have a 3 second respawn. I hope this gets fixed soon since I can't use this mod in my corruption worlds on calamity.
