LCDs are fine for me, but I've noticed faulty rendering on some particles, specifically on the hand drill particles as well as the snowstorm particles. They show up completely black. Shame, as the the mod seems to work otherwise.

If you're having issues with LCD images, try changing the Color radiant sliders to White. If that doesn't work, then something else is going on.

Seems to be working fine for me, though I don't really have any other visual modifications except for the Space Just Got Real mod.

I use this mod with "rendering improved" and "AQD emissives" and everything is fine still. Just run it in the right order. 1. RI, 2. CEA, 3. AQD

just did some testing myself and holo lcds are working correctly, things do seem a bit overexposed but it is working as intended i am still using it without problems

this was the best mod on the workshop, it is a tragedy its broken it got me back into the game, thank you for the time you gave me!

Unfortunately I don't really play SE any more, and I have no idea what could be causing an issue like that. I'll change the title to mark it broken.

Unfortunately this mod seems to also break holo LCDs - they only display in black.

What Mulder said -- cant really recommend this mod. I can't even see the "total blocks #" when I try to build because the exposure is sooo damn much.
Mulder 7 Mar, 2024 @ 7:37pm
It seems this mod either hugely overexposes or underexposes things. It rarely feels like it's "natural".
It also breaks the rendering in my save file if removed, making everything black if I get within about 10 meters of it.

Mod seems to not be working properly as everything is either too bright or too dark. Snow is so bright I couldn't see the ground properly as well as digging a tunnel would be pitch black except where the flashlight is. I tested day/night with a friend and it seems to always be the case for us. Not sure if that is the intention of the mod, neat idea though.

@StratosGhost I had that issue with Beef's original mod before, but it usually resolved after another reload

Seems I'm getting a bug when I remove the mod from the world save file.
Pitch black smoke like particles on any entity that I get close to.

Not enough pictures to compare the differences so I will refrain from subscribing...

Had a strange occurrence on Pertam where everything was just, blindingly bright. No other visual mods, and just standing out in the open. It might just be me having bad luck with graphics.

Did the O2/H2 generation bug get tested or fixed?

Is it possible to reduce the time adaptation takes, the look is great though the speed of adaptation feels a little off.
Jim 14 Jan, 2024 @ 4:18pm
OK, so this always bothered me about SE, the light adaptation being backwards. I was however not prepared for how much better this makes the game. Literally the first time I've felt like I was in space in space engineers and makes the whole immersive experience so much better, thank you! I'm running it alongside the graphics revamped (this one on top) mod and its beautiful. The only conflict I've noticed that is completely non game breaking is that this mod seems to set the sun back to yellow white instead of the blue white of graphics revamped.

I added this to a modded world and placed it above my skybox mod, it worked fine but for some reason it halted the o2/h2 production of all of my generators. When I removed your mod it fixed the issue(my conveyoring was fine and worked before adding the mod). I dont see how this mod would affect o2h2 production. I just wanted to bring this to your attention in case other people run into similar issues when installing on pre-existing worlds
Still_99_Cents_ 12 Jan, 2024 @ 4:40pm
I'm having an issue where when i take the mod off a bug makes everything nearby pitch dark
Subwoofer 11 Jan, 2024 @ 9:19am
This mod makes water mod scary.
Unruly 10 Jan, 2024 @ 10:02am
Would you be interested in adding it to Plugin Loader? (seems like an entirely client-side mod?)
beef 6 Jan, 2024 @ 3:34pm
Awesome work, thank goodness someone finally seems to have figured this out as I spent so many hours trying to get it working correctly and never quite did
Space Ace 5 Jan, 2024 @ 11:26am
Figured it out for you. Yes it does! makes everythng perfect imo. I did a pertam start and coming out of a cave it actually feels hot under that sun now.
Space Ace 4 Jan, 2024 @ 5:39pm
Does this mod work with the rendering improved mod?
