Doesn't work. DV builder, builds all Albion Stations, both types in the list, not ROC stations. Had to get the other version on Nexsus, and that is no different, but has the Titurel in stock at the existing station in DV. Not sure how a cheat mod can get it done. But this isn't.

Yeah the Titan is my favorite ship as well its nicer then most of the ships and yes I wish it were larger like the the Laviathin size with more guns I typically have 8 Titans with me at all time. Not to mention they are extremely accurate when firing at structures and other ships whether small or big.

Also, it doesn't take into account the amount of money you paid for the parts. What it does is, it takes into account the price that the ship sells for (like when you buy at a npc shipyard) and then does a mark up. If you buy parts for cheap price and then make the ship and sell it you should get a good profit.

No, it doesn't show the mark up in the window at all. You just get the appropriate amount of money in your wallet.

Okay so i did a lot of testing. Never got a 50% markup on the saleprice. Not even 20%. But I finally thought to check something and I noticed my 2 shipyards were offering different prices for the same ship. So for a test I decided to make a lyranea. Cost about 12mil in parts to the shipyard. I could sell it back for "9.6mil" (got 11,071,000 roughly). Well I saved right before doing this, reloaded the file. Went to sell the same exact ship to the other shipyard, but not before I maxed out the buy price on ALL of the ship components through the trade manager. This station offers "10.87mil" (12,508,000 roughly paid) Well not sure why the markup is lower but ultimately I just wanted to produce my own ships, especially since npc stations are always busy with something. So mods fantastic. And if I can get parts for the minimum I could still make a profit selling to a station fully marked up.

The xl guy showed up after a couple of hours, forgot to remove old comment. Also I decided to check that CWIR you mentioned and noticed in the info it mentions the markup isn't visible on the sale itself, you'd have to check the credits you receive. So I will have to test again. Hopefully the ships will actually move after I sell them XD

Something isn't working then. The latest version of the player shipyard is included in the CWIR mod on the egosoft forums

to clarify this this mod works fine with other shipyards and have not tested the full extent of it on none compain playthroughs and so the info is out there you can still talk to a ship dealer there but the part that does not work is where the list of ships that you can build box keeps ticking trying to load all the ships at once lol from all stations. Devries one BTO shipyard works fine because there are two XL ship dealers and they just devide the ships that you can build into half.

The only way to actually make the shipyard work in Azure Barior Albion would be to remove half of the DLC's anything past the first half DLC it breaks the engine for the construction of ships from that shipyard for some reason you can still build a construction ship from other faction shipyards and build the capital shipyard and that shipyard would work fine but the addon shipyard for Albion does not work, game just puts it into trade station warehouse catigory so you still get money from it.

Is there maybe a way/workaround as to not having to pay money to build ships? It feels a little silly to me for having setup my entire production chain to create my own ships for free, only to still be charged the normal amount of money

Also since this mod is being updated as part of CWIR we need a update for the standalone version too. The steam mod doesn't consist of any files that can be replaced, so an update here is needed!

Ah well that does seem like an annoying bug. I also noticed another one: the Sul ships only use a few of their weapon systems unless I'm in the zone of fighting. I leave them to defend my stations under construction and eventually get the alert of them being in combat only to find their shields and a part of their weapon systems destroyed by a single raiding party of 3 fighters. I do have a lot of mods, but these custom ships are exceptionally weak in comparison. Once I go in the zone, given they have most of their systems still working, they obliderate the raiders within seconds.

Without this mod, the DeVries CV can build only 3 different stations. With this mod, the DeVries CV can build all of the Albion stations and because of this, the 'Supply Reassurance' now picks a station from all of those stations rather than just the 3 originally.

Don't think you meet any NPC ships from this mod. You can simply ignore the options you don't like. There are no extra stations with the mod. Maybe your Shipyard builds ships on it's own? In that case don't they disappear like any other NPC ship?

Is there any chance of you potentially releasing a 'shipyard only' mod? I'd prefer to have use of the current vanilla ships rather than mod in some stronger ships. Nor do I want the extra stations either.

If you're talking about the issue CrackerBarrel and I have, it's not that there aren't CVs around, it's that player built capital yards don't have a fully populated list for their XL cradles. I've another mod that boosts the stations the DeVries CV has available, built a capital yard and the L cradle has the same ship list as the L cradle of the BTO Shipline that the Republic of Cantera owns, the XL cradle though only has three ships, a universal CV being one, the others being two variants of the Sucellus. It looks like the list spawns from the surface elements player XL xml files somehow, but I don't think that it was linked properly or there's some trick that needs to be done otherwise someone using this mod won't have the ability to build say Tyrannis or Arawn class ships, or most other XL sized vanilla ships, from their owned capital ship or ship BTO yards.

look for the Construction Vessel on the XL cap ship seller, under the section of universal, thats the one with the shipyards

@CrackerBarrel274 - Same issue in the DeVries capital ship yard XL dock. I think there's a macro in the files that tells a yard what it's supposed to build because the large dock on the same yard has pretty much the same as the DeVries ship line station that the RoC run, including the large ships from the Battlestar Frigga mod. It's probably an easy fix if you understand Rebirth's XML files.

For some reason I built the captiol shipyard and its only offering two ships?? Just a CV and a titurel. Its fully built and upgraded and budget and stocks are full but only two ships available. All other shipyards are working fine. Anyone havcing the same issue or know how to fix this? Kind of useless station really for the cost to build if it only gives two ships.

Vilrapt I think its only on an Albion CV. The TER ones dont have the shipyards on them. I think HOL and Omicron ones also have shipyards on thier cv's with this mod as well. I got one cv frm each faction and produced shipyards for each with this. TER was the only one I saw that doesnt have a shipyard.

Hello, I have times a question because of the very high construction period. The construction of a Lyramekron lasts 2.5 hours. The shipyard has no building Drons. I have no idea where I can add some. Is there a solution?

Sorry guys, haven't been paying much attention to here since I have been busy with CWIR and other things. CWIR has the most updated files for player shipyards, so you can always download CWIR and just replace the correct files to get the latest version of player shipyards.

Anyone able to build the Civ Ship Dockyard stage with 2 medium docks? Mine gets to 71%, then goes immediately back to 57% and hangs there.

The red box means thats all ships in area leave before the adding the extension its does go away after a bit I usaly move to another zone works for me. But the Resources as blank page sounds like a very annoying bug I hope it get fixed soon and everyones at one point was new to game took me about 4 days into game before I clicked on I can build stations too much fun blowing stuff up.

Excuse me for being such a total noob, but has anyone run into a problem when you're adding onto a player shipyard by constructing and "extension" and you end up getting one of those red boxes as if there are ships blocking the construction of your extension? At the same time if you ask your architect about the needed resources it's a blank page and the red box just stays around your station with no building change.

I figured it out. I just had to land on the "sales platform" and manually walk to and find the capital ship dealer on my station before you could ever find them on comms.

So I just built my own capital shipyard, but I can't buy/build any ships from my own station? I'm trying to find a captial ship dealer on my station, but there isn't one. Can anyone shed some light on this? How can I build ships if my own shipyard station doesn't even have a capital ship dealer on it?

There Construction Vessel and then Construction Vessel AL.

By the way, if you want capital ships to be used effectively when you build them at your shipyard and sell them, make sure to equip them with weapons and give them a crew, otherwise they wont work properly. If you want a mining ship to get used or a collector ship, make sure to equip it with mining or collector drones, otherwise it will just move.die when you sell (which might be fine for you). Trade ships, make sure to give cargo drones.

All ships should be given a crew!

This will all be in the next version which should be the final version. I also lowered the mark up when you sell to your own shipyard down from 50% to 15%

I am updating this one last time soon. NPCS DO NOT JUST AUTOMATICALLY BUY SHIPS from your shipyard, however, I have finally finished adding in support for lots of different things.

If you build a ship at your shipyard and then sell it to your own shiptrader, then the ship will be sold to a random faction in the same cluster as your shipyard if the faction is neutral or higher to you. So you can sell ships to other factions directly or indirectly. These ships will actually do things, they will not just disappear. ALL SHIPS that are built or produced (fighters and such) will now have jobs to do. It doesnt matter if you build them or the NPC factions build them at their shipyards. All ships (there is one exception, construction vessels will still move.die) will now have a job to do. Military ships will join squads/fleets or they will go on patrol. Trade ships will trade, mining ships will mine, etc. This includes medium traders and miners and fighters of all sizes.
