it looks like when using the addon with the original, they tpose, but in addition, you cant access the models in the spawnlist, it says it fails to find the models

im not sure, im just talking out of my ass- but its a potential theory. its definitely an addon conflict- maybe you can try renaming the model?

whats up with the T-Posing because of having the original addon?
i would assume because the two models have the same name, so it uses the playermodel animations for the NPCs.
