I checked the map right now, like you said the Leszcie border has this "new building look"
I deleted couple days ago the "settinglock.ini" file and it worked for starting in 1930s, ... but I don't know why this border will not change
(Quote from SkyRex in the other Disscussion)
Found Solution:
Go into Folder of your saved map -> Find two files "replace_history.bin" & "settinglock.ini" -> delete them. Done. 1930 start is now possible to select.
В настоящее время я обновляю карты.
I guess because of the new game version it could be that the old saves are corrupted.
You could try to download the older version of Tannheim Valley, maybe this will work for the old files.
I hope this works :)
Yes indeed! :)
Thank you Thom! :)
Yes I imported the terrain with the CS map generator and afterwards manually edited the terrain.
I can recommend to search a nice location and choose 20 to 24 km the terrain will look pretty nice. Depending on how height the elevation is in RL some parts of the map will be automatically flatten out because of too steep angle and other things like that. Just a little afterwork on the mountain peaks to give them a nice majestic look and it will be fine :)
I'm glad you like to play on my maps :)
At the moment I have many maps to make and maybe I could make one out of your three locations too, but I don't think it will be ready in near future.
I don't have patience and especially I don't know how to make maps. If you made a map of my hometown Jihlava, or the cities where I lived Karlsruhe and Grenoble I would gladly pay for it.
I know I'll never make anything like that.
Thanks for the reply.
Gruß aus Bad Grönenbach
The best thing about this map are the mountains. It demonstrates to some other builders that building a mountain is more then just using the elevation tool. These mountains truly give me a mountaineous vibe, like I can feel their spirit!
Vielen dank nett von dir! :)
Schöne Grüße aus dem Außerfern :D
I appreciate it :)
