I can't seem to get the configuration manager to work, but I am still getting 2 skill points per level, is there a way to edit this to give more skill points per level if the configuration manager isn't working?

I can't solve the conflict with other mods in quirks. Sorry...

There's a bug. Whenever i right click a skill in the skill book (after i learned it), the skill unlearns itself, and my skill points go into the negative. I still dont know why i even did it the first time, but the 2nd time, i right clicked a skill thinking it'd activate it, so i wouldnt have to drag it to my hot bar. But after it unlearned itself (both times), it dropped me down to -47 skill points.

hm, is it not retroactive? I'm level 50 already, and when I reset skills it doesn't give me more.
I have both required mods. and both bepinex's I copied the cfg from one bepinex and made sure it was in both. maybe having both is an issue, but both are needed for some other mods. I'll keep trying to get it to work. I'm sure it works on a new char since it worked in your screenshot
