FWIW, I compared the building in-game with the screenshots, and I genuinely couldn't tell the difference. The AC unit is obviously just an aesthetic detail, not actually "required." This info is just for the people who start sweating when LSM says something is missing.

@OnyxJet ill take a look at that, but I don't think there are parameters that define the likelihood of crime. Probably a coincidence or the mod is acting up

Also it seems it has an issue with crime. It's like the store is constantly getting robbed. None of my other RICO buildings have this issue.

@OnyxJet Surface Painter will let you do that. As for the parking, looks like the "BIG Parking Lots" set was used

Also what assets or mods are good for putting concrete around the building to remove that grass?

@pblbfamily - I am currently working on the Wegman's on East Ave in Rochester. Will be on the workshop later this month.

@OnyxJet this is left blank intentionally so you can place concrete or whatever where you want.. you can concrete brush or place parking how you want

What did you use to make the parking lot? I notice the building when i place it down had grass all the way up to the buildings walls.

@Adventures it was passed back and forth between me and someone because it's a touch project, and im trying things and modelling it from time to time. Not really sure right now if you'll see it anytime soon
