@infinitig35 , the additional ammo clip is a bug I mentioned on the mod description. The fast reload ignores the shotgun reload count so some additional ammo clip will be added. As for the stuttering problem, I'm not sure about it. Last time I tested, I didn't stutter.

But it's really a strange case if even after removing all mods, your game still crashed, as usually most crash problems can be solved when disabling all mods

Even on "Alley War", I went until the scavenge finale ended. So, probably one of your mods caused a crash when used together with "Shotgun Speed Boost". You can try to check some of script mods that you have, as there's high possibility that one or some mods triggered the crash on your game. It would be easier to investigate the roots of the problems once you find the mods.
