I would have gone with something more like +10% factionwide trade income, +15% factionwide port income and either +5 factionwide growth or +30 local growth.
The +3% factionwide port income you suggested seems much too low considering Dwarfs don't normally have ports, and the vast majority of ports are in less habitable climates

Hi @Comrade_Commisar I see what you mean, but I play SFO so I rarely ever get to tier 5 settlements outside of my starting province, perhaps it is to much, maybe a 3 % boost to income from ports faction wide and + 5 growth faction wide would make more sense.

Honestly when it came to the balancing I had no idea what I was doing, I tried to make them more expensive than other mods of similar nature such as landmarks of legends, I also believe the Zhufbar one is quite unbalanced, but it is what it is, by the time Barak Varr is tier V most Dwarf campaigns should be over

Personally i think the port/sea gate giving a slight bonus to factionwide trade income, moderate bonus to factionwide port income, and perhaps some local growth would be more fitting, thematically speaking

Why is Barak Varr Sea Gate growth +30 factionwide? The rest of the landmarks are quite well balanced but this one seems a bit nuts to me. What are your thoughts on the matter

Great to hear! Don't stress yourself too much. Really enjoying the mod as currently I was quite sad to see that TOW had like almost no landmarks, so you don't get the satisfaction of for example having the Engineers Guild in your back after rebuilding Zhufbar and so on.

@LoneWanderer this was an oversight I'm currently quite busy with work and stuff but I'm planning an update adding some of the smaller hold and will change this mistake and also some of the lore is too long and you cant see the benefits of the building. Thanks for the feedback really apreciate it
