Oh I forgot to mention that this issue was before the most recent update

I had that enabled, I think it is a recent update. Only one expansion shows up in the mod menu, but not the one required

Is "Allow Mod Overlay DLC" enabled on the mod list? If not try enabling that.

I can't enable this or the faster child growth mods because the DLC requirement is not in the mods menu but a separate DLC menu, is there an easy way to remove the requirements?

The mod tool got some minor improvements, but still not the easiest to use.

I attempted to have the new heroes be able to share their skills with the player character, but due to all the modding being in Chinese I came close, but in the end couldn't figure. And was also very time consuming so I just moved on to another mod.

Nice, your mods always makes the base game a lot more fun to play/replay.
That being said, has the mod tool improve? How likely is it to have these new heroes of yours to be able to "share" their skill with the MC?

I admit I didn't use much new NPC heroes mods, but if their skills can be learned...that'd be a great reason to get them!
