The mods for the stuff you also cover are mostly also big ones with plenty of different options. I just hope they don't conflict. :) (Like, I think yours is the third that can add placement range, and 2nd or 3rd that reduces spawn timer, for example.)
For the infinite buffs, one of the mods I use has potion and banner bags, but personally I prefer Potion Charms mod for buffs. (You can set when buffs are active, like only during events and bosses.)
What I've wanted since happiness was added: Let me edit who likes whom, so I can pair the town NPC the way I have them on my first world.
Maybe have the dialogue then adjusted from whatever variable they use for NPCNAME to LOVES/LIKES/HATES variable, and turn all he/she into 'they' to not have some female npc be refered to as he, for example. (Seems quickest, rather than editing those little things manually.)
Maybe also let us edit prefered biomes?
