@Sans I submitted this several years before the Themal Thruster was added to the game. I'm glad that a jetpack was eventually added for the game. Thanks for your comment though.

this is just another Thermal Thruster but just for the engineer class,this would have been a great idea if they didn't have the Thermal Thruster for the pyro, but still i would like to see this, but we already have something like this.

Also, the double jump should cost 25 metal. This will result in a maximum of 8 jumps. I thought about 40, but that would be to little.

I see a lot of people discussing, "Flying," or, "Jumping." I don't believe Valve would make a flying capability, but maybe a double jump. Also, I think the weapon should grant a passive speed boost and no weakness to anything. It is already a major con if you are not using the Wrangler.

This should get in the game solely because of the reference to Don't Stop Me Now! And the skill and effort that went into making this..

Any chance on maybe uploading this to the SFM workshop? I would really love to use this SFM

this shoud most definatly be in the game, but the jetpack should only allow a high jump or something like that. maybe a double jump that would need a recharge

Awesome this should be a working jet pack and replace the second iteam slot and use metal up but have some kind of draw back because if you don't your going to have a bunch of jet pack engineers pissing everyone off mabye make them have a less health or if they get shot when the jet pack is active they explode! This must be added though who says only soldiers, demomen and skilled pyros and dead ringer spys can fly?
