Like others said it's a good execution of a halloween costume. That really only limits it to 1/12th of the year though so there's that to consider.

this feels like a cosmetic from one of the early scream fortresses, but there's a reason most of them are transmute fodder nowadays

it does look like something he would make for Halloween. I can see some loadout potential with the raptor tail and bead legs.
