Is the AI smart enough to use this correctly. Or will they use it as a battle ship? Lol. I usually get turned off from mods when the AI doesn't know how to use them correctly

Strictly speaking, the Titanic was not a cruise ship but a distant ocean liner.
That is, it was not a ship for elegant cruising, but a cargo and passenger ship for high-speed trans-Atlantic crossings.
Thus, it is more correct to generate output bonuses to international trade routes than tourism bonuses.
