@skaz88 maybe in the future but currently i dont think goldtouched deserves being a major transformation and i also dont think it deserves a buff (in the context of ascension mod standalone) so unfortunately no
@daredevil83 yes, phasing enchantment having imperium upkeep is intended, though i will potentially revert that in the future (currently, u can pre-cast it by having it active without casting it so that you can enter a major battle with it ready to be casted to gain the effect without the upkeep, as a workaround)
I for one don't mind too much because I am so unbelievably bad at the game, so having a game where I just point my one-man legion at the nearest stack and wipe it can be fun. I also only play exclusively play on my own against the AI, so the imbalance doesn't hurt anyone.
For me, I'd maybe suggest hiding some of the stronger abilities behind the Descent.(The Ashen skill-line in particular. Hunter of Nightmares is BONKERS.)
Though come to think of it, I do also used a 2x skill points mod + level 30 cap, so that might be why he turned out so insanely strong. Anyways, I'll cut it short here. The 1000 character limit is killing me.
@skaz88 could you provide context? I just tried doing this on the current live build (literally right now) and it seems to work fine, I can recruit all 4 skeleton types after getting the skeleton reanimation skill
Personally I'd also think the flavoring of making your ruler the "Dark Lord" rather than simply serving such an entity as much more appealing.
First and foremost I just really wanna get it out that I love your mod and for you to keep up the good work! I'm gonna keep playing around with it and you can be sure I'll be cheering from the sidelines(visibly or not) as its developed regardless of whether any of the things I listed above are implemented or not.
Love the new stuff this mod gives me to play with, though I have one suggestion I'd like to make.
I really love a ruler-centric build and I really like my ruler to stand out from my "normal" heroes, which is probably why I really liked the Dawn of Dragons DLC.
Anyways, this of course all brings me to the Chosen Ones society trait. I really love that trait for obvious reasons but I feel like it could do with a few changes.
Firstly I think that while it's cool that you get a single tier 4 item it does present one major flaw for me: That is that it is a random weapon and it seems to overwrite my starting loadout. I think I'd prefer to just be able to select my loadout rather than potentially getting a ranged weapon which I find to be not as good at the start with no troops to frontline.
Gonna have to split this one in two. Sorry about that.
I just had a battle where the balance seemed to be completely crazy, my units (Primal culture) were all within normal ranges HP and DMG-wise, while the enemy had a barbarian skirmisher with 19dmg *3 attacks in melee on a tier 2 unit (a skirmisher, not even fighter type) and Wind Rager (forgot the name, also tier 2) was hitting my tier 1 units for 30dmg while taking only 8-9 dmg in return. The enemy was killing my shield units in one attack while couldn't kill the Wind Rager even attacking with three units.

@Batman Billy GR i previously mentioned that its a possibility in the future to split the different components of this mod into separate parts, if there's enough demand then i could definitely do it
