Very nice concept, just maybe make the gray a bit darker or give it a texture. Would love to see this be improved and in tf2 someday!

Perhaps if the colors reversed like if the Gray is the accent and the team colors the main body I could see it but as it stands it's not bad but it's definitely not good at all.

The main texture is way too busy and there isn't enough contrast, but it's a good concept and looks quite good on the detonator.

This needs slightly more contrast in the colors, it looks too washed out, even for TF2. Clever idea, this could be a better Alien Tech.
