well it looks like its an issue on my side, really, as I've not been able to use any custom soundtracks with the mod; they just don't show up in the mod ost selection no matter what I do, which is a shame

either way you can ignore my issue

Do you have the soundtrack menu mod and its required mods according to the dlc you own? You also need at least afterbirth+ (which i just realised i can add to this page)
